Booking Policies

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of this website. West Cromwell Hotel may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price) and submit accurate information when making a booking.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option then it is free to cancel before the accommodation's late cancellation period. If you cancel within the late cancellation period (48 hours prior to 14:00 UK time on the arrival date), or do not arrive, you will be charged a penalty fee equal to the total booking amount. West Cromwell Hotel may need to pre-authorise for the first night of your stay prior to your arrival to protect from a possible non-arrival.


Modifications must be made in advance of the notice period to avoid the late cancellation fees. The late notice period starts: 48 hours prior to 14:00 GMT on the arrival date.

Non Refundable Bookings

Modifications can only be made for additional nights or rooms. Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of the full payment of your Non-Refundable Offer.

Check In / Check Out

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival. Check in from: 14:00 GMT / Check out by: 11:00 GMT.
You will need to have some form of photographic ID (passport, driver's license or identity card) at your arrival. If you do not bring a photographic ID, you may not be allowed to stay and will lose the deposit of this booking.
